Private: property 570 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, 28 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, table tennis, billiard table, playroom, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach, shingle beach 150 m. Marina 1.5 km. Please note: airfield 9 km from the property.
