The beautiful exteriors of the apartment complex, typically Menorcan construction, evoke peace and tranquility. In them, you will find wide and well-kept gardens that will lead you to the swimming pool with a children's area, chlorinated and shared, which measures 20x10m and whose depth varies between 0.5m and 2m. Around it, you will find several sun loungers where you can relax while tanning. Because it is located in a building, this apartment has direct neighbors

The apartment, which is on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, is designed for you to rest as you deserve. On the terrace, which has an awning, and barbecue and offers beautiful views of the mountains, you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your companions. The living-dining room, which has AC and Smart TV, is perfect for extending the evenings. The kitchen is open and has everything you need to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms: one double and the other two with single beds. Two bathrooms with showers serve the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

The apartment is located in a really privileged enclave since many points of interest are nearby. Thus, the magical villages of Es Mercadal and Fornells, which preserve all the Minorcan essence, are just a few kilometers away. Both are perfect for strolling among their white buildings and enjoying the best restaurants where you can delight yourself with typical dishes of the island's gastronomy. If you want to know a little more about Menorca's culture, you can visit the Talayotic village of Sa Torreta or visit the viewpoint of El Toro, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Menorca. Finally, we recommend you visit the Macar de Sa Llosa Natural Park, which offers an incomparable maritime landscape and where you can enjoy the Mediterranean in all its splendor.

- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- The swimming pool is open from 01/04 to 31/10 from 9:00 to 21:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 1 car.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
