Villa Käthe apartment 5a: comfortable and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment

This comfortable and very tastefully furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 41 m²) is located on the first floor of the building. It is highly functional and is fully and beautifully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cozy living/dining room is furnished with a separate seating area featuring a comfortable couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and additional cabinets.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. There is another TV in the bedroom. Books and a few board games are also available. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept, country-style kitchen area, which adjoins the dining area, features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a convection oven, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (box spring with separate mattresses), nightstands, a dresser, and a spacious closet. There is also an additional TV and a clock radio available here.

The Mediterranean-style bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower (senior-friendly with a low entry), a sink and toilet, a towel radiator, a hair dryer, and heated floors.

The apartment features a large (approx. 8 m²), west-facing, ground-level terrace that is partially covered (furnished with a table, bench, and chairs), which you can access directly from the living room.

A vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and an iron with an ironing board are also provided.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly in front of the building; your bicycles can be stored in the apartment complex’s bicycle storage room.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
