Res. Laguna WE 29: 2-room apartment close to the beach with large terrace

This light-filled, Mediterranean-style 2-room apartment (approx. 49 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The bedroom has modern vinyl flooring, while all other rooms are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway with its coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchair, ottoman, and coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 10 m² balcony terrace (facing southeast), which is situated in the midst of the beautiful water and garden landscape and furnished with patio furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment features a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), nightstands, and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person.

The bright, Mediterranean-style bathroom (with natural light / window) features a walk-in shower (senior-friendly!), a sink with a large wall mirror, a toilet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

On the first floor of the apartment complex, you’ll find the building’s own sauna (coin-operated, for a fee) with a relaxation room and outdoor area for those colder days.

You can park your car conveniently and securely in your own reserved parking space in the underground garage (maximum entry height: 1.95 m), and you can store your bicycles in a large, separate bicycle storage room within the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex.

The elevator provides convenient access from the underground parking garage to all floors of the residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony/patio for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
