Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 240: modern 1-room apartment close to the beach

The modern, beachfront 1-room apartment 240 (approx. 35 m²), located on the 1st floor of Building B (no elevator), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The friendly and cozy living/dining area features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, 2 comfortable wicker armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a sideboard.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen smart TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick, as well as a JBL Charge speaker with Bluetooth, radio, and other features. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A well-stocked selection of games is also available.

The open-concept kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, a combination oven with microwave, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet (in the adjacent room).

The pull-out sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth guest is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Alternatively, a fold-out sleeper chair (for 1 person) can also be used.

The bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, a sink with vanity cabinet and large mirror, a toilet, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large coat closet with a shoe cabinet and a large wall mirror in the apartment’s entryway.

An additional side room has a spacious closet and can be used to store your suitcases and other luggage.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and can be used by all guests for a fee.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. You can park your car for a fee in a garage (No. 93) belonging to your apartment in the underground parking garage of the neighboring residential complex “Residenz Laguna” (Strandstr. 36)—please note the maximum permitted entry height of 1.90 m! You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
