House Triton apartment 4: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This modern and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 45 m²), located on the first floor near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living areas feature high-quality wood-look laminate flooring, and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The spacious and bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 3 chairs, as well as various sideboards and dressers.

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The kitchenette, separated by two large double doors, contains a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave with baking function, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The modern bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

The inviting bathroom (with natural light / window) features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and ample storage space.

On the south side of the building, next to the entrance area, there is a lawn area of approximately 10 m² with patio furniture, which can be used by guests staying in this apartment. Here you can sit back and relax in the greenery and enjoy the balmy summer evenings in peace with a good glass of wine!

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your vacation apartment (approx. 300 m) for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in a bike rack next to the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
