Haus Wenden apartment 1: quiet 2-room apartment close to the beach

This very spacious and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 65 m²) on the first floor, located near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. All rooms feature high-quality vinyl flooring with an elegant wood-grain design; the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

This apartment is designed to be senior- and disability-friendly (but not fully accessible!).

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request.

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe cabinet, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The spacious living/dining room is furnished with a separate seating area featuring a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, coffee table, and 2 armchairs, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and 2 cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² covered terrace (facing east—with morning sun) furnished with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax, and in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV (cable TV) and a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen area, adjacent to the dining area, includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The modern and spacious bathroom features a large, low-entry glass shower, a sink with a mirror cabinet, a bathroom shelf, a toilet, a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

To protect your valuables, you can use the in-furniture safe located in the apartment.

To wash your vacation clothes, there is a shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer on the first floor of the building—these are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored safely and dry in a separate bike shed in the courtyard. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the adjacent restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as a starter kit for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, please note that there is a surcharge of 10.00 € per person per night for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per person per night.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.

The “Haus Wenden” property features a total of 9 vacation apartments, which are particularly suitable for families interested in spending a vacation together in separate apartments within the same building. Vacation apartments No. 1–No. 3 (on the first floor), No. 4–No. 6 (on the 1st floor), and No. 7–No. 9 (on the second floor) are all located on the same floor and share a common, self-contained landing in the stairwell, which makes it possible to rent an entire floor with 3 vacation apartments.
