Apartment complex Zaunkönig Fewo 6: friendly 2-room apartment

This modern 2-room apartment (approx. 34 m²) on the first floor, which was completely renovated in 2026, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living areas is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The modern and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (fold-out sleeper) couch, a coffee table, a separate dining table with chairs, and a sideboard.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a small selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The vacation rental features a ground-level, southwestern- and western-facing terrace that is approximately 6 m² in size, partially covered, and furnished with patio furniture; it is accessible from the bedroom. Here you can sit back and relax in a green setting and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone induction cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, a wall mirror, a small desk with a chair, and an additional flat-screen TV, and offers direct access to the patio.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with curtains or pleated blinds for blackout.

The modern bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a floor-level, senior-friendly entry, a sink with a mirror and vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack in the apartment’s entryway.

To wash your vacation clothes, the apartment is equipped with its own washer with a dryer function (located in the closet). An ironing board and an iron are also provided.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 6) right next to the vacation apartment complex; your bicycles can be parked in a designated bike area within the complex. If you aren’t bringing your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the third person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.

Vacation Rental 6 is located right next door to Vacation Rental 5. This is particularly appealing for families or guests interested in spending a vacation together in separate units within the same building.
