Laura Cottage WE 104: 3-room apartment with high-quality furnishings close to the beach

This very spacious, bright, and high-quality 3-room apartment (approx. 72 m²) on the 1st floor offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The living room and both bedrooms have laminate flooring, while the bathroom and the toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment can accommodate a total of 5 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

From the hallway, which features a mirror and a coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The inviting, modern, and high-quality living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 6 chairs and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the two sunny balconies—approximately 7 m² and 5.5 m² in size (facing east and south, respectively)—equipped with balcony furniture—here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the lush greenery!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The very spacious and inviting first bedroom, furnished in a country house style, features a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a spacious closet.

The bright and inviting second bedroom has two separate single beds and a spacious closet. From this room, you also have access to one of the balconies. A pull-out bed in the second bedroom provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth person.

The large bathroom, decorated in warm tones (with natural light / window), features a shower and bathtub, a sink, a stool, and ample storage space. The toilet (with a sink) is separate.

You can store your suitcases and other luggage in an additional, separate storage room in the apartment.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and may be used by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in the underground parking space assigned to your apartment. Please note: This is a double-deck parking system with a maximum height limit of 1.55 m! If this underground parking space is too low for your car, we recommend the public parking garage on Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße (approx. 500 m)—in this case, we will reimburse 50% of the associated costs.

You can store your bicycles in a separate bicycle storage room within the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balconies for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
