Haus Eichsfeldia WE 13: friendly 1-room apartment close to the beach (2 min.)

This comfortable and cozy one-room apartment (approx. 45 m²) on the second floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living area has laminate flooring, while the kitchen and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cozy combined living/dining/bedroom features a separate seating area with a large, comfortable corner sofa and an armchair, an ottoman, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 3 chairs; and a wall unit with shelves. From here, you have direct access to the sunny, south-facing balcony (approx. 7 m²), which is furnished with balcony furniture—here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view of the greenery and the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The modern open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-burner stove, microwave, exhaust fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The sleeping area is furnished with a fold-out wall bed (1.60 m wide) that offers excellent and comfortable sleep for 2 people, as well as a large closet.

The bright and inviting bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, a small bathroom cabinet, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat rack in the apartment’s entryway.

If you need to do laundry, there is a public laundromat located very close to your vacation apartment (a 5-minute walk).

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks located in several courtyard areas of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
