Welcome to “Coastal Residence 2”—your dream vacation rental in the charming and popular Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz!

Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family home and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The “Coastal Residence 2” vacation rental was completely renovated and modernized in 2024, so you can enjoy its modern and stylish furnishings.

Enjoy sunny days on the loggia with your family. The small but fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and allows you to prepare delicious meals.

You can conveniently do your laundry in the shared basement, where a washing machine is available for your use. Your bicycles will also find a safe place here.

Note on using the garage for e-bikes: A shared garage is available for your use—ideal for bicycles, handcarts, or strollers. Each apartment has its own remote control for the electric garage door. Outlets (e.g., for e-bikes) and a workbench are available. The garage is also used by guests staying in the second vacation rental. We therefore ask that you park your bicycles so that other guests have enough space as well. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!

Another plus of “Coastal Residence 2” is its private parking space right outside the door. This way, your vacation begins stress-free and without having to search for a parking spot.
There are 4 parking spots available at the house. Please park in a way that allows other guests to find space as well—a quick discussion among yourselves often helps. You can also park in the driveway in front of the garage, as it is used exclusively for e-bikes. Two cars can be parked one behind the other in the parking space on the left next to the driveway. There are no permanently assigned parking spots—it’s “first come, first served.” Thank you very much for your consideration!
