The floating house Seebär is at home in the far north and is moored at the jetty in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Water as far as the eye can see. The breathtaking scenery can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, Baltic Sea and marina. The Baltic Sea is just a swimming ladder away and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is within walking distance. Children's life jackets in various sizes are available for guests. A game of boules provides fun and games on the beach.



In the darker months of the year, underfloor heating and a sauna provide cosy comfort, as the wellness programme on board is a must. In addition to the harbour cinema, three TVs, a collection of board games and books as well as the Telekom home entertainment programme with SKY Sport package provide entertainment.

The floating house extends over three levels. On the upper floor is the open-plan living and dining area with all-round water views, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and adjoining terrace. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with all-day sun and views over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture, a beach chair, sun loungers and a Weber electric barbecue, the terraces offer a pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets.



The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom boasts a box-spring double bed and a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front, through which you can enjoy the breathtaking water backdrop and an adjoining wrap-around terrace. The second bedroom has two single box-spring beds. Both bedrooms have a flatscreen TV.



Naturally, the view of the sea and the swans swimming past can also be enjoyed while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth.



If you are travelling with your boat, this is the right place for you. There is a private mooring with shore power and water right next to the house.



Luggage can be easily transported over the jetty to the house in the house's own handcart.



There are two car parking spaces right by the jetty.



Our favourite spot: the sunsets are picture-perfect. Put your feet up in the beach chair on the roof terrace and keep this natural spectacle in your heart forever.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
