Villa 'Casa Das Dunas' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Atlantic, Casa das Dunas, located in the picturesque Costa Nova do Prado, offers all the

The villa is just a few minutes walk from the beach and close to public transport. There is a place

parking on the property and free street parking.



Some important rules: no pets, smoking or events allowed. THE

waste separation is encouraged, housing has efficient lighting and heating

water by photovoltaic panels. Security deposit is charged at check-in.



Costa Nova Beach is 300 meters away with direct access, Barra Beach is a 10-minute walk away

and Costinha Beach is 2.7 km away.
