Located in Morgex, the holiday apartment Sotto with step-free interior has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings.

The apartment is situated approx. 10 minutes from QC Terme and a 15-minute drive from Courmayeur and the Skyway Monte Bianco (Monte Blanc). The La Thuile and Courmayeur ski areas are 20 minutes away. Main services are a 10-minute walk away, and there are walking routes starting directly from the property. Public transport links are within walking distance.

A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

1 pet is allowed (for a fee).

Smoking is not permitted on this property.

Guests are expected to report any possible damage to the on-site amenities to the host.

Please note that there is a construction site near the property active till December 2024, so during the week there may be some noise.

I received a message on the morning of my arrival, and I was informed that I needed to be personally present at the check in time, which was an impossibility.I was forced to obtain other lodging. I demanded a full refund, and I explained in an e-mail how unreasonable the last minute checkin requirements were.No reply.
