Experience Andalusian charm and Mediterranean lifestyle in this lovingly furnished holiday home (VUT/GR/09876) on the sun-drenched Costa Tropical. With around 340 days of sunshine a year, Almuñécar is one of the warmest and friendliest places in Europe – ideal for those seeking relaxation, families, and active holidaymakers.

The house is quietly located on a hillside in a well-kept residential area and offers plenty of space on several levels for up to five guests. It features three bedrooms – one with a balcony overlooking the garden – a bathroom, and a bright living-dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and an air fryer. From the cozy living and dining area, you have direct access to one of the sunny balconies.

Outside, you’ll find three terraces and a small tropical garden that invites you to relax and sunbathe during the summer. The private pool offers a refreshing dip on hot days and during the summer months.

In the winter, mobile fans and an air conditioning unit with heating function ensure a pleasant temperature inside the house.

The charming old town of Almuñécar, with its narrow streets, colorful shops, and numerous restaurants, is about a 15-minute walk away. The town center and the nearest beach can be reached in under 15 minutes on foot – perfect for a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean or a stroll along the promenade.

In addition to sun and sea, the surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities: hiking and mountain biking in the green hinterland, diving and boat rentals right in Almuñécar, as well as excursions to the Aquatropic Water Park, Castillo de San Miguel, or the Loro Sexi Bird Park – all popular with families.

Fantastic location, Great holiday

Stayed for 11 nights. Our usual holidays are in very common resorts in Spain. However, we fancied a change and it was a change for the better. For those tired of all inclusive holidays in lively resorts, this is the place to be. A 5-10 minute walk from the bars, restaurants, beachfront and town. This villa was in a perfect location. We especially loved the pool area which was so peaceful. The house has everything needed for a great holiday. There was only myself and my partner on this holiday, although there was plenty of space in the villa for four more at least. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. We spent so much time at the villa because we felt very relaxed. So much better than the hustle and bustle of hotels. Highly recommend.

Engañoso, la playa no está a 15 minutos ni yendo corriendo, mínimo 25-30 minutos. Para ir al supermercado necesitas coche o vehículo si o si. La casa está a diferentes niveles de altura. Es una casa muy muy antigua con muebles igual de antiguos en la que no tienes ni televisión con canales en español. He subido y bajado más escaleras que en toda mi vida . No tiene aire acondicionado nada más que en la habitación principal. Lo único bueno es la jardinera Irene, muy amable y atenta. No volveremos

Maison très bien située (13mn de marche du centre et du bord de mer) et confortable. Le quartier est très calme. La piscine est un vrai bonheur. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Alles war super, die Lage ist genial, Sonne im Winter bis 18 Uhr. Der Weg zum Strand ist in 15 Minuten leicht zu schaffen. Aufwärts ist es etwas sportlich, aber wir sind beide ü 60 und hatten kein Problem

Villa avec piscine très proche de la ville

Produit d'exceptions, grande villa avec piscine vue mer et très proche de la très jolie et vivante Almunecar. Merci Roman pour les boissons fraîches à l'arrivée elles ont été très appréciées. Un grand merci à Irene pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute chez Albert et Roman, nous recommandons vivement cette location où tout les déplacements sont possibles à pied.

Almunecar Villa with pool

The situation of the villa is perfect. It's on a small hillside with fabulous views over Almunecar and the sea. Its just off the main coast road from Malaga to Almeria.. Its not far from the main town center where there are plenty of shops. There are beautiful inland villages to explore with lovely little bars for a drink and tapas. Salobrena and Nerja are close by and well worth a visit, as are Nerja.Caves.

Casa vieja, pero según él anuncio.

Lo mejor es la piscina, ambiente tranquilo y la encargada de entregar las llaves y mantenimiento de la casa, Irene, genial, atenta y dispuesta en todo momento. La casa es como la de "Cuéntame", tiene un horno de gas y no tiene microondas, las luces son de Mesilla, no de techo, en fin muy antigua. Pero es tal cual al anuncio. La única pega para nosotros fue que al permitir animales, las alfombras y algunas zonas de la casa tenían pelos acumulados de los mismos. Precio/Calidad recomendable.

Bonita casa con piscina en Almuñecar

Bien, aunque la casa necesitaría algún arreglo/mejora, como un microondas en la cocina y mejorar los enchufes eléctricos y la fontanería del baño. Por lo demás la casa está bien, la piscina chula, y la localización bien, no demasiado lejos de la playa (15 minutos andando), aunque se hace dura la vuelta, porque la casa está en cuesta. Pero con el coche se va bien.

Maison proche Almunecar

Les points forts la vue et la situation très proche d'Almunecar jolie ville de la côte Andalouse. Les moins c'est la terrasse très éloignée des pièces de vie de la maison et le piscine plutôt ancienne et bordée par un arbre qui lui donne de l'ombrelle et la salie tout le temps on a l'impression de passer notre temps à la nettoyer. Mais le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant et l'annonce tout à fait conforme à ce qu'on a trouvé sur place.

nous avons passe un excellent sejour à almunecar plage magasin restaurant à 2 min en voiture. La maison offre une tres belle vue de la ville et une vue mer. La personne qui nous accueille est vraiment tres gentille et la flexibilité sur les horaires d arrive et départ s est vraiment appréciable. Merci

Maison au calme, équipée et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison Michael. Celle ci est très bien située, dans quartier au calme sur les hauteurs de Almuñécar. Elle propose une piscine personnelle avec une terrasse adossée. Parfait. Il y a largement de la place dans la maison pour coucher 6 personnes. Tout le nécessaire de linge de maison est présent ainsi que pour la cuisine. Le manuel de fonctionnement de la maison réalisé par Michael est très bien détaillé. Irene et Michael sont toujours réactifs dans leurs réponses. Merci beaucoup. Peut être à une prochaine fois. Gael.
