Whether you’re traveling for business, working as a technician, or visiting with friends or family, the “Time-Out Westerbauer” offers accommodations in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Your single room is furnished as a combined living and sleeping area. You may share the bathroom and kitchen with up to one other person. However, thanks to our occupancy policy, we are usually able to arrange for our guests to have the apartment all to themselves. The apartment measures 44 m².

The Hagen-Westerbauer neighborhood offers a comprehensive range of amenities. Shops for daily necessities are within a 2–5-minute walk. It takes about 5 minutes by car to reach the A1 interstate highway. Hagen Central Station is about a 10-minute drive away. A public transit stop is located right outside the front door. Within a 30-km radius, there are beautiful areas for day trips, such as the Sauerland with its many reservoirs or the “green” Ruhr region with its charming towns featuring half-timbered houses, such as Herdecke on Lake Harkort or Lake Hengstey.

The accommodations consist of four apartments ranging in size from 44 m² to 55 m², with a total of eight rooms ranging in size from 13 m² to 19 m². The furnishings feature a modern industrial style. Guests sleep on high-quality box-spring beds (1.20 m x 2.00 m). All rooms have high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) and HD TV. The kitchen/kitchen-diner is fully equipped. Amenities include a coffee maker (pods), stove, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combo. A washing machine, dryer, and drying room are located in the basement. Parking spaces assigned to the apartments are located right outside the front door. The bathroom/toilet is bright and inviting (natural light) and equipped with a modern shower stall. The apartments were completely renovated in the spring of 2024 and are therefore in excellent condition.

Since these are “non-smoking apartments,” smoking is permitted only in front of the building (smoking area) or on the outdoor terrace (Apartment 2).
