For shared use: natural state property 50 ha with plants and trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 10.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 2.2 km, supermarket 12 km, bus stop 2.2 km, railway station "Siena" 12 km.
