Single-family house "Bataba", 350 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees. 80 m from the centre of Villa a Roggio, 5 km from the centre of Diecimo, 21 km from the centre of Lucca, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 33 km from the sea, 33 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 09.Oct.). Outdoor shower. 70 m footpath to the house. Public parking. Shop 5 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 70 m. Nearby attractions: Firenze 108 km, Antro del Corchia, Levigliani 68 km, Pisa 40 km, Montecatini Terme 46 km, Viareggio 36 km, Forte dei Marmi 56 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Torre del Lago 40 km, Lago di Massaciuccoli 39 km. Please note: car recommended.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), 1 sleeping facility. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (115 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3), box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Lovely house, garden and beautiful area

All you need for a relaxed stay in Tuscany. Small mountain village, great view. Friendly hosts who can help out with everything. Our dog loved the big garden which is fully fenced so she couldn't escape. Everything is available in the house to cook but also many great restaurants at short driving distance (10-15 min).

Idyllisch mit allem was man so braucht

Bis auf die kaputte Waschmaschine konnten wir alles notwendige finden, das Anwesen ist schön angelegt und absolut „hundesicher“. Lediglich der Zugang ist für Behinderte oder alte Menschen beschwerlich…sonst alles top!!

rust tussen de italianen en midden in de natuur

goed gelegen voor wandelingen naar Alpi Apenino en bezoek aan Lucca, Pisa of zelfs Firenze (90 km). je komt thuis in de rust op het einde van een piepklein keurig dorpje. fantastische tuin met voldoende groot zwembad en verschillende zitmogelijkheden in de schaduw of de zon. gezellige living en mooie slaapkamers en badkamer. alles aanwezig wat je nodig kan hebben op vakantie.

Casa stupenda immersa nel verde all’insegna della tranquillità per una vacanza in totale relax. Enorme giardino e ben curato con piscina privata, ideale per famiglie con bambini e animali.
