ルッカから北へ1時間、質の良いレストランが徒歩圏内にあるこの120年前の村のプロパティと、他の多くの施設は、5つの独立したアパートメントに分かれた大きなプロパティであるため、休暇を希望する大規模なグループに最適です。一緒ですが、それらの間にプライバシーがあります。

合計で11ベッドルームと8バスルームがあります

各アパートメントには専用の入り口があり、個別に装備され、独自の食事エリアがあります。 また、屋外で一緒に食事をするための木製オーブンを備えた屋外キッチンエリアのある大きなパティオもあります。また、雨が降ったときにみんなで食べてリラックスするための大きなタベルナもあります。

オーナーはリクエストに応じてピザの夕べを手配したり、地元の伝統的な食事を提供したりできます。外出したくない場合は、家で甘やかされてください！ パンを焼いて独自のピザを作り、その結果を楽しむこともできます！

5つのホリデーアパートメントにはそれぞれ、リビング/ダイニングエリア、食器洗い機などの設備の整ったキッチンがあります。

外には、村とその向こう側の山々のある庭（夜に照らされる）、十分な大きさのプール（12 m x 6 m）、木製のオーブンが完備された素晴らしいバーベキューエリア、そしてみんなで集まるスペースがあります。

Great place

Everything was great .Host is amazing very good food by host pizza best homemade pasta ever. Would highly recommend this place,it’s a little bit out of the way but worth it.

Beautiful house and a great location

Everything was clean and the house with the garden was just really beautiful. Flaviano and his family were such kind and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anybody!

Family vacation

We took our parents for a surprise holiday for their 80th birthday. We had a group of 20 persons and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of Pieve Fosciana. Flaviano made excellent pizza on our arrival evening. Overall, the villa was perfect for our needs since there were separate appartments.

Amazing holiday and the great host Flavino!

We are so happy that we could stay in this amazing place! Close to grocery stores and the charming little shops with hospitable villagers. We were 15 people; 8 adults 7 children aged 0-13 who had a great time. Wonderful house with 5 apartments with their own kitchens and bathrooms, great space and large pool. The host Flaviano lives in the house next door and is very helpful with everything. DON'T MISS that Flaviano offers three-course dinners for 30€/person (children half price) pizza nights 25€/person (children half price) down in his nice taverna with wood-fired oven, local ingredients and family hospitality! We were all sad to leave this place.

Five star stay

We were a Group of twelwe from the age of 15 to 80. One appartment was excelent for the lederly immobile with two bedroms at the Ground floor. The others was accessible with stairs. The familiy renting out is very service minded, the sweetest people. We had them preparing dinners - both anti pasti, pizza party and finner party and breakfast. We had the best Home made meals. The pool area was fine, with accesible pool and Sun beds. We highly recommend this place.

Pieve Fosciana

A lovely village in the mountains, very nice landlord and family who runs the house. An old house with a lot of small apartments. We where a bit unlucky with the weather inspite we where there in the end of May so it was cold inside aswell as outside. But the nice days we had fantastic times around the pool. Our cyclists where very happy with the tours they went on in the surroundings. Our Pizzanight with the host was amazing!

A wonderful place to spend 2 fabulous weeks celebrating my birthday with friends and family

Flaviano and his family were the perfect hosts. We spent 2 weeks celebrating my birthday with friends and family at their beautiful villa in the friendly village of Pieve Fosciana. Flaviano is a chef and he prepared several meals for us that were absolutely delicious, using ingredients all from within 1km of the property. We were able to pick ingredients from the garden when we cooked for ourselves. The view from the windows and rooftop terraces are breathtaking. The area is magnificent for exploring numerous small villages and doing walks. There are a couple of nice local restaurants you can reach on foot and many more within 5 minutes drive. Luca makes a wonderful day trip! Thank you Flaviano and family for making my significant birthday celebration very special.

A unique and wonderful villa for a large group

The location is great, it’s a five minute walk into the small town of Pieve Fosciana with shops and restaurants and there is a lovely little dairy just across the road for fresh milk. It is a lovely area for walking and also easy to travel to Lucca, Pisa and the surrounding villages. The villa and grounds are beautiful and the separate apartments were ideal for our large group as each family could have some privacy but we could also enjoy eating and spending time together. Our host was very helpful throughout the holiday and we greatly enjoyed the pizza and pasta making. We had two meals prepared by our host which were excellent and we felt as if we were in a restaurant without having to leave the villa! The lovely swimming pool is looked after very well and there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy relaxing in the sunshine in this lovely villa.

1 week tuscany with 4 families

Very nice property with five distinct apartments all able to host a family. With 17 people we had more than enough room and amenities. The large indoor eating area is situated in the managers house so if the weather doesn't allow outdoor eating and you wish to eat together you have to ask the manager. The village is cosy and have cafés, ice cream place, bakers, atm's, food stores, butchers and more, so all you need really. The roads to the village are quite small and winding over the hills if you come from Modena or Aulla, so pills for car sickness can be good for kids. The manager and his family are super friendly and helpful, and threw us a pizza party with top notch pizzas. All in all an amazing week!

Wonderful holiday

I booked this villa for my Mother's 70th Birthday. We spent a week with 15 of us and had a fabulous time. The pool was wonderful, the host amazing (we loved his dinner parties). Nothing was too much trouble, even music and danced for us. Apartments/Villas were nice, traditional and had what we needed. Could have done with some fans as it was SO hot, I brought one myself for our room as the heat was unbearable. Wonderful to be able to walk into the town in 5 minutes for coffees, ice creams and cakes. Also a restaurant there if you want a meal out which we did several times. Supermarkets a short drive away. We would definitely return to this fabulous place and probably will! Thanks for your hospitality and sorry for writing this review so late.

Perfect family holiday

I booked this property to celebrate my 70rh birthday with my children and grandchildren, it was exactly what I’d hoped for, panoramic views of mountains and forest from our balcony, outside dining areas with long tables to accommodate all of us, plenty of open space and a beautiful pool so the children were very happy but also individual apartments with all facilities for each family to have some privacy. Flaviano and his family were wonderful hosts, his pizza night was so much fun with traditional toppings from various regions, and ending wth a Nutella and Smartie pizza with which the children were delighted! The accommodation itself was very traditional in style and spotlessly clean with more than adequate utensils and equipment for self catering. The village was by no means touristy, it had two supermarkets In walking distance as well as a lovely butcher and various other shops and a couple of small bars. There was a very nice restaurant in the village which we went to twice, Flaviano lit the bbq for us one evening and we cooked meats from the butchers, but had we known how good his pizza night was going to be we would have booked his Tuscan meal too…highly recommended! We would have no qualms about booking this again, it was perfect!

Wonderful experience!

We were 12 adults gathering for a retirement celebration. The villas is divided into 5 separate apartments, which worked great for our group. Privacy when needed but plenty of together time too. I can't say enough about Flaviano, the host. He was so kind and accommodating, not to mention an incredible baker, who randomly showed up with delicious fresh baked breads, rolls, and pizzas for everyone to enjoy when we were gathered in the Taverna. He also made us a fire in the fireplace on several nights for all to enjoy. Flaviano made this a memorable and wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here. The small village of Pieve Fosciana is quaint and has all the basics and the neighboring town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana has a train station and plenty of shops and restaurants too. It is helpful to have a car for exploring. We enjoyed a cooking class in Lucca and a truffle hunt in San Miniato and a few wineries in the area as well. The people were so friendly and helpful. If you want to feel like you are experiencing Italy and out of a tourist destination, this is the place to be!

Great place! Great host! Great value!

My wife and I had long fantasized about booking a villa in Tuscany and bringing our whole family for a gathering. This place was beyond our wildest dreams. The listing was a little inaccurate in that there was more space than advertised. We had as many as 25 family and friends there at one time and never felt crowded with five separate apartments and 11 bedrooms. We wanted ambiance of a time gone by and this place delivered. Flaviano, the host, has put so much style and love into this place. He was super helpful, always friendly, and very responsive when there was a problem. The grounds were impeccable, the pool sparkling clean and the large lawn was perfect for our kids and grandkids. The location was perfect with a short walk to shops, gelato, a pizzeria and a world class restaurant. We loved the outdoor dining table that was big enough for our group. The taverna was a good hangout and place for us to dine on a few cool nights. Flaviano threw a pizza party for us and we had to force him to stop making pizzas. The only negative for us was the lack of good quality kitchen utensils as most of the family love to cook. Otherwise, a great place for a large group to stay. We loved the fact that Pieve is relatively untouristed and we were the only tourists in town. I can not recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Flaviano and Tuscan Retreats.

Phenomonal

We LOVED our stay here and it is fair to say it exceeded our expectations. We loved the look and feel of the entire Villa. Everything from the grounds, to the pool, 5 separate apartments was spectacular. We were 4 families traveling together. We knew there were separate apartments and we would have enough space but we were pleasantly surprised at just how much extra space there was. Each family had their own space and there was an apartment to spare for the kids to take over. The pool area was our favorite spot. The saltwater pool was always clean and cared for and the amount of lounge chairs and umbrellas were plenty. The outdoor seating area and the wood fired grill was an extra bonus. Some of our favorite times was sitting around the table as a group having fabulous meals. Last, but certainly not least, the host, Flaviano, was a perfect host. He lives next door and has found the perfect balance of being available when needed and respecting space when wanted. He and his family were warm and welcoming. Typically, when staying in home rentals, you never see the host. This can be the case if you want but having him close by to answer questions was helpful. Flaviano is also an amazing cook. We opted to have the pizza dinner and the 4 course meal. This should not be missed. Both meals were served in his restaurant that is on his property. We all agreed that this stay was the best part of our vacation. We traveled for 3 weeks. Thank you Flaviano and Family.

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gruppe bestand aus 23 Personen – 18 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder – die Unterkunft war dafür absolut ideal.Durch die einzelnen Wohnungen und zwei herrliche Dachterrassen gab es auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das ganze Anwesen ist optimal gestaltet für Kleinkinder. Das gesamte Gelände ist eingezäunt, der Poolbereich ist gesichert und der Garten bietet viel Platz zum Spielen.Der Pool selbst ist ausreichend groß und eignet sich zum Schwimmen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, perfekt für die Selbstversorgung.Ein besonderes Highlight war der Pizzaabend beim Gastgeber – unbedingt empfehlenswert! Die Pizzen waren außergewöhnlich lecker.die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr schöne Anlage. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und bei Fragen immer zur Stelle. Seine Pizza ist spitze!Mir 15 Personen hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Foto’s en beschrijving kloppen niet . Buitenkeuken was rommel zooi en niet toegankelijk net als de binnenbar waar je zou kunnen zitten . Wordt wel in advertentie neergezet . Verder prima appartementen met goede bedden en voldoende ruimte . Prachtige omgeving en je loopt zo het dorp in voor brood , espressootje enz . Il Pozzo is een goed restaurant .Verder is zwembad ok maar putdeksel vergaan en bijna been gebroken met erin vallen … jammert

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub und Geburtstagsfeiwr

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Flavianos Haus. Der Pool ist großartig und das Grundstück sehr gemütlich. Die kleinen Wohnungen haben Privatsphäre gegeben, und wir hatten auch Platz, um gemeinsam zu frühstücken oder auch zu kochen. Wir hatten uns zweimal von Flaviano und seinem Team bekochen lassen , es war sehr schön und lecker! Auswärts konnten wir aber auch sehr gut essen. Alle waren sehr nett. Flaviano war äußerst hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Es sind viele hübsche Ortschaften und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Ein perfekter Ort für eine Familienzusammenkunft, sehr zu empfehlen!

Top vakantieverblijf met de familie

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad ter ere van de 80e verjaardag van mijn moeder. De gastheer ontving ons hartelijk met vers gebakken foccaccia's! Iedereen had een eigen appartementje en toch konden we ook samen koken en eten in de heerlijke zaal beneden. De pizza-avond was een groot succes en ook de lekkerste pizza's die we ooit gegeten hebben. Echt een tophuis als je met meerdere gezinnen gaat.
