Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the district of Terravecchia 2 km from the centre of Santa Teresa, 24.5 km from the centre of Palau, 61 km from the centre of Olbia, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large terraced garden, 5'000 m2 (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 4 m, depth 130 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. 40 m long bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, ferry "Olbia" 68 km, sandy beach "Rena Bianca" 4 km, swimming bay 1.5 km. Marina 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended.

We had a wonderful week in the holiday home, which fully lived up to our expectations. There was plenty of space for all nine of us, and the house worked really well for a shared vacation. The pool is without doubt the main attraction – a natural gathering point throughout the day – and the view from the pool area is absolutely stunning. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. The only small point to note is that there is no air conditioning in all parts of the house. Overall: highly recommended.

Haus gut in Schuss, auch der Pool ist echt schön. Negativ ist allerdings der Internetzugang, welcher so langsam ist, das er nicht zu gebrauchen ist. Auch haben alle Kästen sehr muffig gerochen.

Wohlfühloase mit wunderschönem Blick

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen Blick über die Bucht. Wir haben uns mit 8 Personen und 5 Zimmern sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatten genug Raum für alle. Die Küche könnte ein bisschen besser bestückt sein, der Hinweis, dass es keine Filter für die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine zu kaufen gibt, wäre hilfreich gewesen und supertoll wäre es gewesen mit Hilfe einer Solaranlage den Pool zu beheizen und evtl. für Wärme in der Wohnung zu sorgen.

Außenanlagen traumhaft

Die Außenanlagen der Villa Bianca wie z.B. Pool, Grill, Terrassen, Pergola, Einfahrt waren klasse. Innen allerdings eine sehr schlechte Ausstattung. Zwar enorm viel Platz, aber es waren nicht einmal die Grundausstattungen vorhanden (Müllbeutel, Tabs...). Außerdem war viel defekt (Licht, Steckdose, Fernseher, Terrassentür usw. Und es ist dauernd die Sicherung raus, wenn man irgendein Elektrogerät angemacht hat. Außerdem war in der Villa ein furchtbarer modriger und muffeliger Geruch. Lage TOP

Nous avons constaté en arrivant que les poubelles extérieures n'étaient pas ramassées et que tout était renversé au sol et ceci pendant tout notre séjour Nous vous suggérons d'aérer beaucoup plus les pièces et notamment les armoires dans les chambres et de préciser dans la présentation de la location des détails pour le jour de l'arrivée (prévenir le client pour amener filtres à café, dosettes lave vaisselle éponges etc)

Toller Pool

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Villa Bianca und kommen auch gerne wieder. Die Lage mit dem sensationellen Rundumblick und einem rießigen Pool ist einen Aufenthalt wert. Mit Leonardo hatte man einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner der sich um jedes Problem gekümmert hat. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es für die Sauberkeit, da bei uns das Geschirr und Teile des Bestecks oberflächlichen Schimmel hatten und wir mussten erst einmal alles im Geschirrspüler waschen. Insgesamt war es sehr feucht, was sicher der Jahreszeit geschuldet war.

Die Lage der entsprach voll den Erwartungen so wie im Prospekt angege- ben. Allerdings ließ die technische, insbesondere die elektrische Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig, weil z.B. beim Einschalten des Fernsehgerätes oder auch anderer elektrischer Geräte im Haupthaus die Sicherungen heraus sprangen. Da nützt den Gästen auch ein Hinweis vor Ort nichts, dass dies auf Sardinien ein generelles Problem sei. Beide Häuser rochen über den gesamten Zeitraum "muffig", wohl wegen mangelnder Lüftung vor Bezug.

Waren zu neunt vor Ort und jeder hatte immer noch mächtig Platz. Das Haus ist größer als gedacht, bietet einen fantastischen Blick und die Pool-Ebene ist fantastisch. Nur schade, dass der Whirpool nicht funktioniert hat. Ansonsten prima Service vor Ort, gerne wieder.

Super Anwesen. Herrlicher Ausblick auf Santa di Teresa bis nach Korsika. immer wieder gern. Der Empfang durch den Verwalter war sehr freundlich und kompetentKleiner Kritikpunkt die Lattenroste sollten erneuert werden, halten nicht mehr.
