Beautiful, cosy resort "Le Domaine de Fontenelles", 4 storeys. 13 km from the centre of St. Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 3 km from the centre of Coex, outside the resort, 14 km from the centre of Bretignolles-sur-Mer, in a sunny position, 13 km from the sea, in the countryside, on the golf course. For shared use: property with plants, meadow, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 27.May. - 17.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, boccia, terrace. In the complex: reception, WiFi, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 5 km, sandy beach 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 100 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. Wi-fi only at the reception.

Accueil sympatique et serviable, ne pas arriver trop tôt , nous avons attendu 1h30 avant de nous installer très belle résidence, cependant certaines choses sont à revoir, la vaisselle et mobilier sales, veillez à demander la télévision c'est un service en plus, un restaurant une piscine dans la résidence

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz für 4 Personen, relativ sauber und sehr ruhig. Schöner sauberer Pool mit wenig Chlor, nettes Personal, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. WLAN und TV sollten Standard werden!

Madame vacances

La piscine découverte non chauffée, le petit bain également gelé avec des enfants en bas âges impossible, la télévision est en supplément si on veut avoir accès aux chaînes, impossible de se balader dans la résidence car terrain de golf autour, pas de wifi, pas de salle de petit déjeuner, Franchement l'image de la résidence n'a rien avoir avec la réalité, le bâtiment mérite un rafraîchissement, l'appartement également, nous sommes parties avant la fin du séjour.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Die Anlage wäre so schön und man könnte sehr viel daraus machen, aber leider ist sie sehr alt und birgt mittlerweile viele Verletzungsgefahren und Optisch ist da auch einiges im argen. Das Appartement war leider auch nicht mit allem ausgestattet und in beiden Schlafzimmern war Schimmel vorhanden. Auf die Sauberkeit wird leider auch nicht unbedingt wahnsinnig viel wert gelegt und viele Liegen und Stühle am Pool waren bereits kaputt.

Très bel appartement, fort spacieux et très agréable, au calme et bien situé. Différences assez importantes entre les prix de caution et de ménage sur le contrat et dans la réalité... seul gros point négatif de notre séjour et pourtant nous n'avons pas eu beau temps tous les jours...

Vétusté des appartements

À l'arrivée, pas de canapé lit et volet roulan cassé. On nous a changé d'appartement du coup frigo très petit et pas de micro ondes. Plus tard fuite d'eau et un volet qui c'est cassé dû à la vétusté des appartements. Personne de l'accueil homme d'entretien super agréable. Pas grand chose pour les ados.

Empfehlenswert, da ruhig und viel Natur

leider ist die Unterkunft nicht in Aiguillon sur Vie, sondern man muss via Coex zum Golf des Fontenelles fahren und das verursachte uns einen riesigen Stress am Ankunftstag, da ich die ganze lange Strecke (obwohl in Portionen) über eine Woche bewältigen musste und am letzten Tag von Niort her reiste. Wir trafen entsprechend viel später ein, da uns niemand den genauen Ort sagen konnte und mein Navi diesen Ort nicht erkannte. Er ist erst einige Jahre alt.

Zur Klarstellung senden wir unseren Kunden im Anschluss an den Buchungsprozess zwei Dokumente. Das erste ist die Rechnung mit einer Zahlungsbestätigung, das zweite der Gutschein mit Angaben zum genauen Standort der Immobilie und der Adresse für die Schlüsselübergabe. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Verwirrung und hoffen, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub dennoch genießen konnten.
