Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 150 m on the road extra. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Dell'Isolotto" 500 m. Marina 100 m. Nearby attractions: La Maddalena (island) 5 km, Santa Teresa di Gallura 20 km, Porto Pollo 7 km, Arzachena 15 km, Porto Cervo 30 km, Porto Rotondo 42 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift.
"La Vigna Blu", 3-room apartment 75 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Super appart fonctionnel

Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre de Palau. A proximité de toutes les commodités (100m du port et du centre ville). D. qui nous a remis les clés sur place est très gentille et serviable. A notre arrivée, l'appartement était très propre. Les équipements sont corrects. Clim en supplément. L'attribution d'une place de parking privé est un réel avantage car tous les emplacements de la ville sont payants. Et même après quelques manœuvres, nous avons pu garer notre van. Je recommande.

Logement très bien situé et très agréable. Il est parfaitement propre et offre tout ce dont on a besoin pour s'y sentir bien. Le seul bémol est le manque de pression dans les douches, le débit est très faible, mais ce soucis n'est en aucun cas lié à la gestion de l'appartement.A revoir quand même la télévision qui est vétuste et n'offre que des programmes allemands.Sinon je recommande vivement. L'accueil par Daniela est très chaleureux. Conseils de voyage: On a découvert une île merveilleuse. On y reviendra

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Palau tout en étant au calme . Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire à notre arrivée . L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ....A refaire sans soucis .

Sauber, groß und zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung liegt optimal in Palau, alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, allerdings merkt man dass die Wohnung schon ein paar Jahre alt ist (bspw. verzogene Türen, die sich nur sehr laut öffnen und schließen lassen). Wünschenswert wäre auch eine Markise/ein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon gewesen, dieser ließ sich so leider erst ab Nachmittag nutzen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.
