For shared use: property 3'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees. Private: swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 5 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: table football, roof terrace. Storeroom available. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 3.4 km, railway station "Silves" 1.6 km, sandy beach "Carvoeiro" 11.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark Slide & Splash 8 km.
