Resort "Edificio Panoramico", 3 storeys. 3 houses in the resort. 30 apartments in the residence. 1.5 km from the centre of Foz do Arelho, on the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Caldas da Rainha, on a slope, 200 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property (fenced), 2 swimming pools (70 m2, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Shop 300 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 14.7 km, sandy beach 200 m. Surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km.
"Panoramico", 4-room apartment 100 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, cable TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 sofabed (length 180 cm), 1 pull-out bed (length 180 cm). Virkelig dejlig lejlighed med god plads og udsigt over Atlanterhavet og fozen fra terrassen. Dejligt poolområde med god plads. Der er strandcafeer i gåafstand, men rigtige restauranter kræver en lille køretur ind til Arelho, men der spiste vi også godt.

Super nette Vermieter, toller Blick aufs Meer, Wohnung war super ausgetattet. Die Bäder sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und durch die Bucht kann man auch bei rauem Meer trotzdem ins Wasser. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Wohnung absolut weiter empfehlen!

Só tenho que dizer bem deste apartamento. Espaçoso, limpo, moderno com todos os apetrechos. Condomínio seguro. Óptima e bonita piscina. Lugar no parqueamento. Tudo ok.

Geräumige, ruhige, sehr schöne Wohnung im 1.OG mit Aufenthaltsqualität! Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, wenn auch in der Küche etwas überholungsbedürftig. Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und steht für Nachfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung.Die Anlage liegt am Anhang, 5 Min zu Fuß zum Strand. Ihre Hanglage bietet einen traumhaften Blick sowohl auf die Obidoslagune als auch den Atlantik. Die Lokale am Strand sind überschaubar. Ein Spitzen–Fischrestaurant ist jedoch hervorzuheben und in jedem Fall empfehlenswert. Am Ende der Bucht befindet sich eine wunderbare Bar direkt am Strand mit Sundownerqualität!!!. Foz do Arelho in 2km Entfernung bietet mittlerweile eine größere Anzahl an Restaurants.
