Beautiful cottage "I Due Carpini", surrounded by trees and fields. 3 apartments in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Città Sant'Angelo, 25 km from the centre of Pescara, 20 km from the centre of Pineto, in a secluded position on a slope, 12 km from the sea. For shared use: property 2'000 m2, large garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 18.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (extra). 900 m long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 3.1 km, railway station "Pescara" 25 km, sandy beach "Montesilvano" 12 km. Please note: car recommended.

Underfloor heating. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Très beau lieu de vacances

Belle propriété mais attention : - grosse descente en voiture sur un chemin carrossable mais pas en super bon état avant d'arriver à la maison - propriété partagée et certaines parties de la maison mal insonorisées

Très bien mais...

Bien situé, en pleine nature. Cependant, nous avions loué un logement pour 10 personnes, composé de deux appartements de 5 personnes chacun. Le descriptif indiquait qu'il n'y avait aucun voisin proche et que de ce fait la piscine était à notre entière disposition, à nous seuls. Grande surprise lorsque nous sommes arrivés et que nous avons su qu'il y avait un troisième logement mitoyen aux deux nôtres, et que de ce fait nous avions des voisins !!! Déception... La wifi était partagée dans les trois logements par un modem et des amplificateurs, mais le modem était dans l'appart des voisins et du coup la wifi ne fonctionnait pas avant que les voisins n'arrivent, et a fonctionné très faiblement après leur arrivée... Le ménage laissait à désirer. Confort ok, accessoires de cuisine etc ok Piscine ok Accueil du gardien, parfait. Il venait nettoyer la piscine chaque matin avant même que nous soyons levés.
