Property and pool maintenance by the management couple who live under the terrace on the ground floor. There are 2 cats living on the property. Large house "La Pinède". 500 m from the centre of Les Issambres, 8 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime, 8 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, in the residential district, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: property 900 m2. Private: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system. Boules, parking on the premises. Carport. Shop, bus stop, sandy beach 500 m. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
