Private: property 80'000 m2, large garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (9 x 7 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 700 m long motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Eine Finka für Familien und Freundeskreise die Sauberkeit und auch Einfachheit genießen wollen. Das Objekt ist alt aber in gutem Zustand und absolut ruhig und "weit ab vom Schuß" gelegen. Fernsehen nur für spanisch Sprechende, aber wer braucht schon Fernseher wenn er Grillplatz und einen tollen Pool zur Verfügung hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Dieser Urlaub war Entschleunigung pur.

Minimaler Einsatz maximaler Gewinn

Umgebung, Lage, Möglichkeiten für Lebensmitteleinkäufe und Größe der Finca waren TOP Leider war die Ausstattung und das Gelände nicht sehr sauber und gepflegt. Teilweise noch Verschmutzungen von den Vormietern. Mit etwas mehr Einsatz könnte aus der Finca ein absoluter Traum werden! Hatten uns für 4000,- Euro/14 Tage mehr erwartet. Ansprechpartner vor Ort Frau B. war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bemüht die Mängel zu beheben.

Wonderful family holiday

Great place to stay especially with 6 children. No need to worry bout the noise! Loads of indoor and outdoor space. Fantastic location. Wonderfully spacious house. Brilliant pool and patio/outdoor areas. We were disappointed about some elements 1) directions extremely poor. We were two parties both used to remote locations and both got very lost. The house manager tried to help but her English was not great and her directions bore no resemblance to the written ones. 2) upon arrival no milk or anything to enable a hot drink to be made. We’ve never stayed anywhere where there’s not been a bit of milk, water, coffee , bread etc for arrival. 3) there were many very small elements that would not have taken much attention by property owner but had been neglected ie many bulbs not working, leaking taps in downstairs bathroom that meant we had to use a different sink, broken/unkept poolside furniture, overall cleanliness /tidiness of outside kitchen. 4) very sparse provision of towels 5) no instruction on what to do with rubbish. We had a party of 10 and accumulated a lot . Eventually spoke to manager who said we should drive up the road with it and see if we can fit it in the communal waste bins! Despite above we would stay here again but felt a small amount of TLC, attention to detail, and a small guide to property and facilities would have turned a great experience into a fantastic one.

Abholung in Felanitx durch die...

Abholung in Felanitx durch die Kontaktperson sehr lobenswert und hat super geklappt, sonst wäre die Anfahrt sehr problematisch gewesen...Es fehlten Glühlampen und eine Duschstange.Freiflächen waren für den Abend schlecht beleuchtet.Der schöne Pool hat vieles vergessen lassen. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir am nächsten Tag einen dritten Sonnenschirm, sonst wäre es mit dem Schatten am Pool zu wenig gewesen.Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht und hatten trotz allem eine schöne Zeit. Reisetipps: Sehr einsam gelegene Finca, aber mit dem Auto kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge unternehmen.Besonders der Markt in Santanyi ist einen Ausflug wert.
