House "Bretos 12". 1.8 km from the centre of Calonge, 40 km from the centre of Gerona, 120 km from the centre of Barcelona, on a slope, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 400 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, bus stop 400 m, park "Sant Antonio de Calonge" 4 km.
"Bretos 12", 5-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Kitchen (oven, 3 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 180 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), sitting area. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. HUTG-014464
