この5ベッドルーム/ 4バスルームの家は大規模な改装工事を経て、休暇の準備が整いました！ キッチンと大きな部屋の間のスペースを開けるために壁を取り除いたほか、新しいタイル張りの床、クォーツカウンタートップ、タイルのバックスプラッシュ、新しいステンレス製の電気器具と洗濯機/乾燥機をすべて設置しました。 また、新しく設置されたスイミングプールとホットタブがあります。 また、2019年初頭には、マスターバスルームの完全な改装と、他の3つのバスルームそれぞれの新しいシンク/カウンター/照明が完成します。

寝室ごとの寝具の配置は次のとおりです。

マスターベッドルーム-キングサイズベッド1台、バスルーム付き-ウォークインシャワー、二重洗面化粧台、深めの浴槽。 ケーブル付きのフラットスクリーンテレビも含まれています。 寝る2。

家のレイアウトは大家族の集まりに役立ちます-素晴らしい部屋とキッチンを組み合わせた1つの大きな中央のオープンプランエリアがあります。 その中心部からは、すべての5つのベッドルームには、別途そのオープンエリアのそばにいる - ハブのようにそれを考えると話しました。

さらに、4台の自転車（大人2台と子供2台のバイク）と、ビーチまで約3分で移動できる4人用のゴルフカートと、プランテーション全体のレストランやその他のアクティビティがあります。

アメリアアイランドプランテーションにいる間、オムニリゾートとそのレンタルプログラムには参加していませんが、施設を活用する機会はまだたくさんあります。 ホテル自体のすべてのレストラン、プランテーション、テニスセンター、スパ、ミニチュアゴルフ、プランテーションのゴルフ施設の1つ、および島の他の多くのゴルフコースにアクセスできます。

Staying on this property was a perfect retreat for our family between Christmas and the New Year. The peace and tranquility of the backyard/home was a great place to spend time. The beach was a short walk/bike/golf cart ride away and was simply stunning. Heading out to Historic Fernandina for dinner provided many great options and our NYE was the most memorable with the epic Shrimp drop!! Karl was a wonderful, responsive and helpful host. We highly recommend.

We came with our family and had a wonderful time! House has everything you could need. October was too cold for the pool but there is a hot tub and the kids LOVED it. Everything you need is provided and all electronics are easy to work! Renters are allowed to use golf cart which was so nice and got us everywhere we wanted to go, beach, dinner, neighborhood drives and more

The house and pool were absolutely wonderful!! The golf cart, Bubbles, was the icing on the cake. Home was very well stocked and the host always responded quickly when we had questions!! Our family wants to come back next year!! Loved the location as well. Private but with Bubbles you’re so close to everything (Nature center, put put, restaurants, everything).

Amazing trip!

We had an amazing trip! Karl (the host) is super responsive. We were able to heat the pool for a small fee and the location of the home was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed riding around in the golf cart. Those scored big points with us- heated pool and golf cart. Another bid selling feature- two king beds. It’s tough to find a home with two kings. This was great because my parents came with us. We had four adults, a 2 year old and 10 month old. My only two complaints- there is no disposal in the kitchen and the dishwasher can be finicky. A couple mornings we woke up to find it had stalled out in the cleaning cycle sometime during the night. Overall, fantastic home and we can’t wait to go back!

Wedding week

Very happy to have Karl’s place for a large family to stay near wedding festivities at the Amelia Island plantation! Very comfortable! Four spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were super helpful with everyone getting ready for events at the same time. House was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of dresser and closet space with plenty of hangers and extra pillows, ceiling fans in rooms were nice, Karl was responsive and helpful, golf cart an appreciated bonus, location quiet and close to exit gate to A1A which was helpful when heading off the plantation, neighborhood great for walking, backyard patio area private, kitchen seemed well-stocked. Detailed clear instructions for stay and tourist suggestions were helpful. Check-out procedure was easy.

Perfect house to stay with a group

The house was a perfect stay for our group. We had 6 adults and 3 infants/toddlers and had plenty of room. We liked that it was all on our floor and was also wheelchair friendly for one of our family members. The house was well stocked and everything was labeled and easy to find. The beach toys were nice to have for the kids. It was great to have a pool and golf cart as well. Karl was so responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely book this property again!

Wonderful Week

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were four families that stayed and plenty of room for everyone - the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom is priceless. Pool is amazing and the kids enjoyed that more than the beach. Karl is very responsive to text which is also invaluable. Loved this house and looking to book for the future.

just a bit disappointed

The pictures show the house a bit differently than it really was. The communication with the owner was excellent but the property itself needed some personal attention. It was not as clean as it should be especially the table tops, floor and windows. There was a problem with the pool filter system. We made the best of the vacation and had a great family time together. The beach was amazing.

Golf Hideaway

Beautiful home in a great location. We were four couples on a golf trip and this home was a hit with everyone! Owner was very attentive and responsive to any inquiries that we had. Check in process was a breeze and the home was very comfortable for our group. The only criticism I have is the four pan was too small for our group and we had to eat breakfast and shifts.

Super Multi-generational Hideaway

I echo the existing reviews. Lots of thoughtful touches like nightlights throughout. Kitchen is extremely well equipped.The grounds are very private and feel like a nature preserve. To Karl's list of restaurants, I would add Lagnaippe and Pogo's Kitchen - original, creative cuisine at both. Our family loved "Bubbles Beach Retreat"

Lovely Sanctuary and so close to Beaches and Marsh Walks

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. * Communication was very helpful with quick responses to questions. * The house was perfect - very roomy and comfortable, well equipped, comfy beds, great kitchen and the outdoors features a very private pool /hot tub area with plenty of outdoor seating Of note: my elderly parent has some mobility issues and this house works great without steps and with a walk-in shower * Golf Cart makes exploring the area and getting to the beach and nearby restaurants a snap * Plenty of pool and beach toys, bikes, etc * The area is stunning with numerous beaches, state parks and marsh areas to explore close by. * Close to the sweet town of Fernadina * Wonderful restaurants and grocery store close by We would not change a thing and hope to come back!

Prettier than the pictures

We had a wonderful time. The property is very pretty and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is a real pleasure to walk in, with its canopy roads. We had a large group, and particularly enjoyed dining in the back yard and using the spa and pool. Our host, Karl, was extremely helpful at all stages. On the whole, the experience delivered more than we expected.

Great Family Vacation Home

The home was perfect for two families (4 adults, 5 kids). The pool was a great gathering point after a day of adventures. The property was clean, modern and well functioning appliances as well as very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Our only regret was that we didn't get the "lay of the land" sooner to find our way to resort amenities and beach access points sooner.

Just What We Needed!

Our family has had a difficult year, and had been looking forward eagerly, to a week away together. Everything about this week was extraordinary! Karl was the perfect host - excellent communication all around. The home is lovely in every way. We had a multigenerational group - ranging in age from 15 months to retired, and this home fit our needs to a tee. There was plenty of room, and the layout is so smartly done. There was space for everyone to have privacy when needed, and a beautiful gathering spot for being together when that was needed. The pictures in the listing most definitely portray an accurate image of the house. It’s beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are generously and thoughtfully stocked. Seriously - you will have everything you need for a great stay! Having the use of the golf cart and bikes was great! The pool area couldn’t have been more beautiful. It was so wonderful to have the option of being able to relax by the pool during a very hot week, and to have a choice other than the hot beach for those who are more sensitive to the effects of the heat. All in all, I would highly recommend the “Bubbles” Beach House. We can’t wait to return next summer!

We have loved our vacations to Amelia Island over the years especially the Amelia Island Plantation resort with all of its amenities as well as the historic district, so we decided to purchase a home to enjoy the beach and all of the activities on the island.

When you drive up to the plantation and approach the canopy of oak trees and moss, your blood pressure drops and you feel like you are on vacation. At our home there is peaceful solitude, unquestionable natural beauty, sports activities, and great restaurants / night-time activities - all a short golf cart or bike ride away.

この宿泊施設の特徴

For us, proximity to the beach was key and once we found this house, we completely updated it - removing walls and opening up the area between the kitchen and then fully updating the kitchen and great room - new tile floors, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and all new flat screen LED TVs throughout. We have also put in high speed wi-fi internet (400MB) so you can easily access the internet.

This house can sleep 11 and is ideally suited to two families with a mix of adults and children. The way the house is laid out it is great for gathering in the main central area or retreating to the solitude and quiet of your own bedroom. Also the pool / hot tub is visible accessible from all sliding glass doors from the main area to the back yard.

Another important point is its location inside the plantation - we are on the beach side of 1st Coast Parkway (A1A), so there are no busy streets to cross to get to the beach.
