Charming stone house, typical of the region, rated 3 stars by the prefecture, accommodating up to 6 people. Adjoining another gîte, it shares a common pool while offering complete privacy due to its location facing the forest. Situated just 8 km from SARLAT and 4 km from CARLUX, in the heart of a large wooded park, this house guarantees comfort and tranquility, while being close to major tourist sites and the many activities available in our region (castles, caves, grottos, gardens, etc.).



The gîte includes:



Ground floor: A 35 m² living-dining room (with sofa and 2 armchairs) featuring a fireplace, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a bathroom with shower, and a WC.

First floor: Three bedrooms with 140 cm beds, two of 12 m² and one of 8 m², a bathroom, and a WC.

The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, two of which are en suite.

Outside: A covered porch at the entrance with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Secured pool of 8x4 m.

Swing for children.



Linen: Sheets and towels available for hire on request, with beds made up on arrival for a warm welcome.
