Just 10 minutes from the A63, exit 13, and 20 minutes from the wild beaches of Cap de l'Homy, Saint Girons and Contis, this tastefully renovated vacation home is located 4 km from Lesperon, where you'll find amenities, a bar, grocery store and post office. It is set in an Airial in the heart of the Landes forest, offering an ideal setting for relaxing with family or friends.



Built on an R+1 level, the first floor comprises a 75 m² patio with a 1000 m² private garden, an 8-person living room, a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, double sink, crockery for 8), and a children's play area. A 20 m² laundry room with washing machine and refrigerator completes this floor.



The first floor features a vast 70 m² living room with lounge, connected TV, wood-burning stove, and fitted kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge). The house offers 2 bedrooms, one of 25 m² (Queen size bed + single bed) and one of 16 m² (Queen size bed, single bed and umbrella bed). The bathroom includes a whirlpool bath, walk-in shower and auxiliary toilet.

Outside, private garden with parking, sunbathing area, ping-pong table and illuminated bowling green. Electric gate secured by app or digicode.



Additional services: breakfast on reservation, entertainment, themed evenings, event organization for up to 80 people (at extra cost). Pets welcome under certain conditions. Deposit by cheque or bank imprint.



Linen provided, except towels (which are available for an extra fee). Final cleaning is done by the host. You will be asked to do a short cleaning (a fee will be deducted from the deposit if not done). Personalized welcome by the host, available throughout your stay.
