Very nice and cosy house, Villa Sete/private holiday cottage, private pool, 10 minutes walk from Praia das Maçãs (8056/AL). Possibility of long-term rental (maximum 6 months) Cleaning and weekly linen change, included in the price.

Located in a noble area of tranquillity and historical importance of Praia das Maçãs, Colares, Sintra.

5 minutes from the house, Praia Grande, Praia Pequena, Praia da Adraga, Praia das Azenhas do Mar, etc.

Golf courses at 7 km in Sintra.

It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double room and a room with 2 beds, plus a baby bed, respective chair, bath tub and towels. Bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, alcohol gel, masks, etc.. The kitchenette is fully equipped with coffee machine and espresso machine, and there is also a wine cellar for the use of guests. It has a dining and living room for 4/6 people. Near other beautiful white sandy beaches: Adraga (3 Km), Praia da Ursa (naturist beach near Cabo da Roca but difficult to access) (4 Km), Praia Grande (1 Km), Aguda (5 Km), Magoito (15 Km), among others. Colares, famous for its excellent "ramisco" wine which can be tasted in the "Adega Regional de Colares" is about 2 Km away. Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe, defined by the poet Camões as "where the land ends and the sea begins" is only 4 Km away.

After passing Cabo da Roca and already on the way to Cascais you can see another beautiful beach "Guincho" about 15 Km away where the world windsurf championship is held and recently known for the practice of kyte surfing. Cascais also has a marina which is a noble space for leisure and comfort. It has been the scene of major international events such as the America's Cup World Series Cascais 2011, World Sailing Championship 2007, among other competitions.
