Le Perchoir – Air-Conditioned House with Shared Pool in Savignac-les-Églises

Welcome to Le Perchoir, a 100 m² holiday home in Savignac-les-Églises, at the heart of Périgord. With three bedrooms, it accommodates up to six guests and offers all the comfort you need for a family getaway or a trip with friends.



The house features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, and a laundry area with washing machine. For your convenience: air conditioning, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



Outside, enjoy a secure shared pool (open April to October, weather permitting), a large garden with trees, a private covered terrace with barbecue, a children’s play area, ping-pong table, and outdoor shower. The property also offers a garage, on-site parking, and storage for bikes and motorbikes.



Bed linen and towels: not included. Duvets and pillows are provided; please bring your own or book a set on site (available for an extra fee). End-of-stay cleaning is not included and must be done by you or is available as an option (on request). Pets are not allowed.



Important: Events and parties are strictly forbidden. Groups of young adults aged 18 to 25 coming for birthdays or party weekends will be refused.



Located in a complex of four holiday homes with a shared pool, Le Perchoir is perfect for a relaxing stay. Depending on your needs, you can rent this house alone or together with the other homes for a group holiday.
