The Flat Blu Palermo Mondello studio is located in Palermo and is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The 25 m² property features a combined living and sleeping area, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, and beach/pool towels. A baby cot is also available. Please note, Wi-Fi is not provided.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor space with a swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15), a garden, and an open terrace. You will also enjoy private access to a nearby beach, easily reached on foot. Please note that swimming caps are required for the pool and are not provided by the owner.



Nearby attractions include the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve (just 50 m away), Mondello Beach (800 m), the fishing village of Sferracavallo (6 km), Palermo city center and Monte Pellegrino (both 12 km), and Monreale, famous for its beautiful cathedral (18 km). Palermo Airport is 25 km from the property.



Street parking is free outside of high season; during high season (June–September) it is available for an extra fee. The Capo Gallo Nature Reserve, just 100 m away, offers daily and overnight parking at a reasonable rate. Families with children are welcome. One small pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property features convenient self-check-in.
