The vacation rental features a tastefully furnished living-dining area with a pull-out sofa and a kitchen island, a separate bedroom with a comfortable Hülsta bed, and a new bathroom. The modern kitchen island is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a quiet Bosch dishwasher, an oven with a Slide & Glide function, an induction cooktop, an island dining area, and a Senseo coffee pod machine.

The living room features a 55-inch LED TV with internet TV and a Philips radio with an iPhone dock. Of course, our guests can also use the Wi-Fi internet access. Thoughtful details define the character of this beautiful apartment. Exterior shutters on all windows ensure a safe and completely darkened sleeping environment.

A special highlight is the approximately 58 m² rooftop terrace, accessible directly from the 12 m² balcony, which is available exclusively to our guests. It faces west, making it the ideal spot to enjoy the summer sun until evening after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer are available to tenants in the apartment complex for a fee.

A secure and dry parking space is available for your vehicle in the building’s underground garage (maximum clearance height: 190 cm).

With its diverse selection of shops, cafés, restaurants, the Sea Life Center, and the fine sandy beach, Timmendorf is one of the most popular seaside resorts in the Bay of Lübeck. Water sports such as sailing, diving, windsurfing, and water skiing are available here, as are varied cycling tours through Holstein Switzerland. Joggers and walkers will find trails along the spa promenade and in the adjacent forest. Golfers and tennis players will also find plenty to enjoy.

When the weather isn’t so nice, the Ostsee-Therme, just 150 meters away, offers swimming, saunas, and water slides. The picturesque fishing harbor and bird park in Niendorf, the newly redesigned beach promenade in Scharbeutz, the ferry terminal in Travemünde, the historic old town in Lübeck, and popular Baltic Sea boat tours are other attractive destinations.
