The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped and tastefully furnished to match the Art Nouveau building. We have paid special attention to the beds, because you can enjoy your stay only if you start the day well rested. In the kitchen everything is then ready for an aromatic cup of coffee. After a long day you can end the evening comfortably in the apartment with Wifi and TV connection.

The Apartment has three large living/bedrooms + kitchen/eating area + bathroom. The 3,8m high ceilings create a quality living atmosphere. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed with high-quality mattress and storage facilities. Of course, the rooms can also be darkened.

The kitchen-living room has a seating area and a fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher, modern cooking and baking set, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as a basic equipment of kitchen utensils). The fast high-speed Internet (200 MBits) can be used throughout the whole building.

The apartment has its own entrance from the courtyard. Free public parking is available in the nearby streets.

If you wish a cleaning during your stay we can offer this for a very fair 59Eur.

The apartment is private to the person/group making the booking. There is a communal terrace, two washrooms and an elevator which can be used by all guests. There is also a restaurant in the basement which is open to the public.

We are available every day from 9am to 9pm for guest requests. Part of the team lives in the house and is also available at short notice for questions/problems.

Legal explanation: The apartment offered here is “for temporary use” for guests who “relocate their center of life to the location for a limited period of time”. We offer a further 12 vacation apartments in the building for tourist use (no minimum length of stay).
