Brand-new villa! Located in Garachico and the port area, Villa Carlota offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This single-story property features an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. Two cots and a high chair are also available. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Enjoy a private pool, outdoor terrace, and a garden with fruit trees. The villa is ideally situated close to the beach, with public transport links within walking distance.
Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors is prohibited, and events are not permitted. Further information can be provided during your stay.
Garachico boasts a rich architectural heritage from the 16th and 17th centuries, preserved in excellent condition, earning it the designation of Asset of Cultural Interest in 1994. This rental features energy- and water-saving systems, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation.
