Great location!!

Property was perfect.Very clean. Beach front with a pool. Quiet area. Could walk over to a little coffee shop that was across the road. Location was perfect for us we would love to come back.

Exactly as described....perfect getaway!

Great location and excellent amenities. Our family stayed for the week and relaxed and enjoyed everything that Navarre Beach had to offer. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to all of our friends.

Emerald Surf 503 is perfect! We have stayed there 3 times now and will be back! This condo has everything you will need and more. View from the balcony is incredible. Terry is wonderful to work with and answered all my questions promptly. Love Navarre and this condo!

Great condo

Great Condo

Terry was a great host and the condo was fantastic. We have stayed at the Emerald Surf 5 years now (this was our 5th) and we love the property and location. We have stayed at a few different units and this unit was up there with one of the best. It has a very homelike feel. It has everything you could want, stocked kitchen, washer dryer, comfortable master bed. I would recommend this unit and the owner Terry. Look no further if you are looking for a place in Navarre Beach!

Great April Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Emerald Surf in Navarre. The condo was nicely equipped and clean with a great view. Access to beach was easy. The host was very responsive to our needs. Restaurants on the island were mostly average at best - best option is to go onshore and even to Pensacola/Destin. Would definitely stay again. Not the best beach for shelling if that is important.

Condo Comfort

Beautiful, comfortable place to enjoy the beach. We found the condo super clean and well equipped for a week's stay. This was our third time to rent this location. We hope to return next summer.

Relaxing getaway

our family thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was very comfortable for all 5 of us. Beautiful views from the deck . Kitchen has everything you need! Just a quick walk down to the nice size pool that was always clean and not crowded . Loved that the beach was beautiful and NOT crowded! Would love to go back often. Owners were very nice and helpful.

Better than expected!

We had the best stay at Emerald Surf in Navarre, Fl. We stayed on the top Floor in #503, it was a beautiful room, comfortable beds and very clean. The beach and pool was right outside and we had a beautiful view of the ocean every morning. Navarre was very relaxing with lots of options for entertainment up and down the coast from Pensacola (40 min) to Destin (35 min). So sad to leave it all!

Great Place!

Loved the condo and the beach was awesome. The condo had everything you could need and was very clean! The kids also loved the pool! The 5th floor was nice and private. Everything you could ask for, truly! Would totally recommend to friends and family! Thank you for sharing your home with us. If we come to the area again, you'll be the first place we look.

Perfect Spring Break for family!!

Exceptional property

We loved this condo! The owners have really gone above and beyond with extras. We especially enjoyed the beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen, access to a closet of beach items, and the little library. We have stayed in several units at Emerald Surf and this was our favorite by far! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!!!

So so nice

Unit exactly as described! Had everything you needed and more, including a small library of books and dvd’s! Very pleased with quality of beds and bedding including towels! Property manager was xtremely helpful with a couple of questions and went above and beyond! We had a perfect trip and you will too!

A Hidden Gem

This property is a hidden gem on the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful views of sunrise and seasonal sunsets, shelling on the beach, nice common area and pool, private deck for casual dining or sunning, comfortable master bedroom and bath, fully equipped kitchen- everything you could possibly need. Great paved sidewalk in the area for walking/running. Nestled in an area within 30 to 45 minutes of Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Fort Walton and Destin.

Third visit in four years

This place is always being updated and improved upon by the owner. 5th floor view is breathtaking. Even when it rains, the balcony alone is worth the trip before you even walk out to the pool or the beach. But the sun usually manages to shine on Emerald Surf!

Great Condo

We have stayed in this condo for the past two years and we love it. It is very comfortable and cozy. It's one of the best condos at emerald surf. The owners have done a great job of decorating and making it comfortable. The library of books is a nice added touch. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you would need. This year we saw more dolphins than we have ever seen. We have already booked for next year!

Perfect beach holiday

My husband and I walked into the condo to find a pristine, super fresh homey space. Spacious and well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook meals or light snacks. Bathrooms were spotless with fluffy towels. Living room furniture was comfy with a big screen TV. The patio was a chill place to unwind after relaxing in the canvas beach chair service. The owner was gracious and easy to communicate with.

We purchased this unit in February 2014. We have been coming regularly to Navarre Beach with its uncrowded beaches and laid-back vibe for over 30 years from our home in Little Rock, and we stayed in Emerald Surf a half dozen times in various units before purchasing 503. We absolutely love our top floor view, but with only five floors you still hear the surf and sea birds. Using the updraft against the side of the building from the afternoon onshore breeze, pelicans fly lazy figure-eights to gain altitude before passing over the roof.

This low-rise condo (only 5 floors with 9 units per floor) with over 300' of beach frontage provides the quiet, low beach density we have been coming to Navarre Beach to enjoy.

We chose this unit for our 40th anniversary present. We are continuously updating 503, with new kitchen granite and raised granite vanity tops in 2021. For 2022 we are replacing the range, microwave and dishwasher with stainless steel appliances. We enjoy using it for our family and friends and are pleased to offer this extension of our home to our special guests.
