Comfortable apartment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment worked for our family of four including our two adult children. Our children shared the pull-out couch and said that it was comfortable to sleep on. We appreciated the welcome gift! I liked the pool because it was deep and in the shade in the afternoon. This apartment is right in the middle of the complex. The bedroom AC was LOUD! It got the bedroom cool but very little of this cool air got to the living room despite working fans. I'm glad we opted for an apartment with the AC because it was very hot in August. The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and the bedroom. Washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Everything was clean, no bugs. The neighbors reported seeing turtles right outside of the wall, but we missed them. The view was beautiful. The place was very quiet, very few people. We did not use the community grill, nor did we see anyone use it. There were several grills and picnic tables around the property. There was no beach access during our stay due to high tide. There are stairs leading down to sand on the right side of the property, but the combination of high tide and waves made it impossible for us to get to sand safely. Low tide only happened after midnight. There is a public beach within 5 minutes’ drive, Honokōwai Beach Park, but it was not ideal for swimming. Napili Bay was better for swimming. We didn’t look for any kids’ toys, but there was a cooler and a boogie board for us to borrow. The place provided clear check-in and out instructions. We would choose apartment B104 again if we ever return to Maui.

Gorgeous Views

Can't beat the location and view from this condo. Steps from the beach, very private. Condo was as advertised. Few issues early on (external) but the property managers handled quickly. I would return to this unit or others from this condo again.

Every unit has an assigned parking space. The view is marvelous and unlike hotels (where I normally stay), is private and quiet.

30th Anniversary Return to Maui

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it. Location is not far from Kapalua or Kaanapali, but off the beaten track so you can enjoy a super relaxed feel without too many tourists around.

2nd stay at the Lokelani Condos

The family had a total of 2 condos (B104 & B204) Only concerns would be some people still smoked onsite (are condo owners allowed to smoke?) a clear lounge chair usage policy (some people came right up to our lanai to sit in chairs) and the bbq's need replacing. These are very small concerns overall and we would still give Lokelani a 5 star review! If you want a quiet and relaxing place close to the ocean, Lokelani is the place for you!

As beautiful as it looks

Was extremely impressed with the views and how organized the check-in and check-out processes were. A bonus I did not expect: this place had an awesome amount of kitchen supplies, only thing I had difficulty with was finding measuring spoons, but that’s really about it.

Perfect views and location!

We had a beautiful ocean front view to enjoy our coffee to every morning and soak up the gorgeous sunsets in the evening! Good location, easy to get to lots of great beaches and restaurants! Did not disappoint!!

Great place!

Clean, nice, good access to a local beach, laid back, hidden gem, and great view! We found the condo well appointed. There was no extra sports equipment so you will need to bring or rent your own. It was surprising how secluded we felt in a condo complex. Room can get hot in the afternoon with the western exposure if you don't lower the shade and keep the windows open for airflow.

Maui Perfection

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED staying at the Lakeland Condos. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and had everything necessary in the kitchen. There were numerous Weber BBQ grills available. The ocean was just steps away. Landscaping was neat and tidy. The administrative staff was SO helpful. We will definitely return! My only complaint (and I know I have an unusually fussy back) was the mattress. It was fine for my husband (and probably for most people), but I woke with an achy back each morning. The office said it was likely that the owner might replace it soon.
