B204は、2つの広々としたベッドルーム、2つのフルバス、180度の水辺の景色を提供する2つの大きなベランダ（バルコニー）を備えたプレミアムオーシャンフロントタウンハウスです！ この静かな1,117平方フィートのタウンハウスには、設備の整ったマスターベッドルームとキングベッド、ゲストベッドルームとクイーンベッドがあり、ユニットにはクイーンスリーパーソファがあります。 B204は最近、花崗岩、大理石、タイル、カーペット、ブラインド、電化製品、46インチのフラットスクリーンテレビやビンテージアートワークを含む家具で一新されました。 ロケラニは、プライベートなトロピカルオーシャンフロントの環境で、家のすべての快適さを提供する隠れた宝石です。 ベッドルームは2階にあり、プライバシーが守られています。

Great vacation condo!

This was a great condo for our vacation. Right on the water - plenty of whales to watch! Condo was well stocked, clean, and maintained. Easy parking and check in was a breeze!

Superb ocean views!

This condo was everything we were looking for on our trip to Maui!! We visited with another couple, and we all felt like we had plenty of room to spread out especially with a main floor balcony, and a balcony off of the master bedroom! The balcony furniture was great too! The location is perfect for accessing north Kaanapali Beach, and there is a grocery store and other shops nearby. We look forward to returning in the future!

A great location and unit

We've been to Maui a few times and this complex was our favorite - not many units (very private), older but in nice condition (so it's well priced for the area), in a great location (close to the action but not surrounded by thousands of people, and in a nicer part of Maui generally) and most importantly, access to a beach that's essentially private (only a few condo complexes have easy access to it). The layout of the unit itself is great. The two Lanais have incredible, unobstructed views. We'd definitely recommend it.
