Gîte La Grange – Comfort and Relaxation in the Heart of Périgord Vert

Located in Saint-Martial-d'Albarède, Gîte La Grange offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday in the Périgord Vert. This two-storey house accommodates up to 4 people and features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.



For your comfort, the gîte is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote work or video calls, a television, and a washing machine.



A parking space is available on the property and free street parking is also available. Very young children must be fully supervised, as the living accommodation is on the first floor. Babies can be accommodated, but only if you bring your own cot, as no beds are suitable for babies.

To ensure everyone's comfort, it is not possible to bring pets, smoke, or organize parties. An identity document will be requested upon arrival. You are kindly asked to leave the house clean and tidy, with bedding removed and ready for collection.
