Seaside getaway: this vacation home in La Bernerie-en-Retz is the perfect place for a relaxing stay with your loved ones. The 130 m² property features a bright living room, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms (including 2 on the ground floor), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer. A private garden invites both children and adults to unwind and play.



Sleeping arrangements: 3 double beds (140 cm), 6 single beds (90 cm), and a baby cot available.



Enjoy your own outdoor space with a garden and barbecue facilities, plus a covered terrace perfect for meals with family or friends.



Parking for at least 3 cars is available on the property. Pets are welcome.



Heating fees from October to April are available for an extra charge.



Towels and bed linens are optional and available for an extra charge.

Logement agréable pour une réception familiale, avec jardin et clôture permettant d'accueillir des petits enfants. Petit bémol, pas de garde fou pour les deux chambres à l'étage coté rue. Les lits étaient confortables. La vaisselle adaptées à un grand groupe.La location est bien située pour se rendre à la plage et au centre ville.Des fauteuils de jardin ont plu pour la farniente.Il faut prévoir les éponges, le liquide et les pastilles vaisselle, les produits sanitaires.Le barbecue, pas très propre au passage utilise le bois. On pourrait y revenir.
