This little showpiece is located directly at the waterfront of a lake in Lerum. The holiday home has modern equipment/furniture and is divided into a masterbedroom with a double bed, living room with a large sofa, music equipment and a dining table. A tv-room/second bedroom with an expandable sofa bed for 2 adults, a large flat-screen tv with DVD/VHS. A newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, stainless sink and coffee machine. The WC/shower is equipped with a washing machine. Upstairs there is a cosy bedloft with slope of the roof and 2 beds. To the holiday home belongs a guest hut with another 2 beds. From all rooms you will have a fantastic panoramic view of the water. The house has an own private footbridge and place to swim, a wooden terrace with garden furniture, sunshade and grill for pleasant evenings.You will also have access to a boat in order to try the good fishing grounds around the holiday home. The local authority district of Lerum offers its guests a lot of possible activities like riding on Icelandic horses, golf courses, beautiful hiking trails and cycle pathes or the castle of "Nääs" as destination for an excursion.

And with a distance of not more than 15 kilometers to the second-largest city of Sweden, Göteborg, the whole range of things worth seeing is just around the corner.



A bedroom with a king size bed; a TV room with a pull out sofa bed for one or 2 persons, a small loft with two mattresses (but too small for two adults), a guest house with a bunk bed; a living room with sofa, however (no sofa bed)
