Clean condo with great accommodations for our stay. Owner was super responsive on a couple of questions we had and we enjoyed our stay. Seeing Dolphins swimming in the bay was a bonus.

This condo was great! Great views from the deck (manatees, sea turtle, dolphins, fish, birds and watching the various boats go by). Sunrises were amazing and just steps across the street with our own path to the gulf and sunsets. The condo was left with nice small items that sometimes aren’t included which was greatly appreciated especially since we only bring carry on luggage. The bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. We were made aware we’d need to use the pool next door which was very nice. Construction was a bit noisy but we are early risers so no issues. Overall, a great experience an we’d love to return.

We enjoyed another beautiful vacation at this condo. It’s become like our “home away from home!” This was our 4th year staying here. Everything was clean, mattresses were super comfortable, and new flooring and refrigerator were an added bonus this year. Excellent location and Vince is an attentive host!

Spent most of our time out on the pier fishing and the rest of the time at the beach...that's all we needed for a get away from the cold Pittsburgh weather

Wonderful

Just perfect - proximity to the pool and beach and perhaps most delightful is the "porch" which over looks the intercoastal waterway. The birdlife, boat traffic, and marine life provide endless entertainment.

Great location, apartment & amenities

The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and check-in was seamless. The condo was great; lovely location with a front row seat view of the intracoastal waterway. The condo was very clean & had everything you could ever need for your vacation. A very comfortable stay.

Shhh! Let's keep this one a secret.

Perfect location - on the Gulf; 40 minute ride from the airport. Nice 2 bdrm., 2 bath; perched above the intercoastal; nice pool and jacuzzi; across the street from the beach; on the trolley line; good restaurants nearby and responsive but not intrusive owner.

Best of the Best

I have stayed at several different properties in the Indian Rock/Shores area over the years. This was by far not only a beautiful property in a great location but the owners provided everything you could want for a true home away from home. Lovely furnishings and even small amenities usually not provided were taken care of. Wonderful stay in every sense of the word.

Great condo

Beautiful and well stocked (I mean it) condo with gorgeous views. We fished nightly on the dock and saw all kinds of sea life. Beach was *directly* across the street- great location. The communication with the owner was great, too.

Great Location

Although it was chilly in Florida when we were, we still had the best time, and the view was unbelievable! I felt so relax just watching the boats and yachts go by and watching dolphins and the fish jumping out of the water. Hated to leave

Winter Getaway

Vince's property is always clean and new updates yearly. If there is ever a problem he attends to it promptly. We have enjoyed his hospitality yearly for 9 years. And hope to enjoy his unit for many more winters.

Summer beach vacation

We loved the property. The view from the balcony was outstanding. We observed a manatee, birds, ducks, and dolphins in the intracoastal waterway. The condo size was good was for our family. We enjoyed being able to walk across street to the beach. The pool was clean and not overly crowded, so my grandkids were able to enjoy swimming and playing in the pool. Easy check-in and checkout process. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Vacation Condo

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo, and it’s just like coming home! The condo has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation and Vince is always quick to address any questions or issues. An added bonus for us this year was getting to meet Vince & his lovely wife, Patty. We enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway and watching the manatees and dolphins. It’s just a short walk to get to the pool and the beach. It’s the perfect place to have a great vacation! We’re already looking forward to next year!

Great experience!

I have only good things to say about the condo. It is very clean. The condo is updated and has nice furnishings. We loved the view from the balcony. It’s in a quieter section of Indian Shores but within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We hope to come back next year to make it our 3rd trip to Waterview Condominiums. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. Thank you Vince.

Our Winter Getaway

We stayed at Vince's condo for 11 weeks. This is our 8th year renting and we will continue until we are too old to visit. Vince is very amicable and fixes anything that arises immediately (which isn't often). We love this place - dolphins, stingrays, Manatee swim by often. The variety of boats you see is amazing. Anyone who rents fromm Vince will not be disappointed - he takes pride in updating and making his guests feel welcome.

Very comfortable

View off the back deck was great. Loved watching the Dolphins swim by everyday. Watching the water and the boats cruise by was very relaxing. Heated pool and hot tub were nice while we were there, because it was chilly at night. If you want to sit on the beach, just grab a chair that is provided in the condo and walk right across the street. Nice easy access no driving needed. Eating places and bars are close if you want to walk to them. A bonus is having your own parking spot at the condo.. Very nice relaxing vacation...
