It’s a very cozy apartment. The accommodation includes a master bedroom with a 150 cm bed and TV, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a living room with a sofa, a recliner, a 60-inch TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, blender, toaster, and kitchenware. There's also a bathroom with a shower tray and a terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the pool, as well as a beach umbrella, cooler bag, and beach chair.

Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available throughout the apartment via ducted system.

It’s a very quiet area, ideal for families and relaxation, though it's also close to terraces, restaurants, golf, attractions, and public parks with gardens, lakes, and paths for walking and cycling. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and ISO certifications for cleanliness, environmental care, and water quality.

Just 100 meters away is the Carabiners tram stop, with connections to Alicante (15 minutes), Benidorm, etc. There is also a bus stop 30 meters away (Parque Juan de la Cierva), with service from the train/AVE station via lines 21 and 21N.
