The beach is just a few steps away.

The cleverly designed floor plan is impressive, making optimal use of every centimeter. The living, sleeping, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly into one another, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere despite the compact size.
The sleeper sofa serves as both a seating area and a place to sleep. The small kitchenette and the separate bathroom with natural light, featuring a compact shower and toilet, offer everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor Area & Sauna
The lovingly landscaped garden with a terrace is a wonderful place to relax, offering plenty of greenery and peace and quiet. A special highlight is the sauna barrel, which ensures relaxing moments. The fenced-in property offers additional privacy and is ideal for dog owners.
A parking space and a wall box for electric cars are available right next to the house.

Barrier-free
The tiny house measures approximately 25 m² and is designed entirely at ground level. There are no stairs inside; there is only a single step at the entrance. The interior is small and uncluttered. The small, floor-level shower is located in the compact bathroom.
