This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with stunning sea views is centrally located on Quarteira's 2km long beach promenade, on the beautiful sandy beach in a prime location. During the summer season, sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach for a fee.

There are restaurants, shops and bars on site and several supermarkets and the bus station within walking distance (about 500m). The local fish and fruit market of Quarteira can be reached via the beach promenade in approx. 1km.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short holiday or a longer stay. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room and a large balcony with stunning sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment haves fast WiFi and a Smart TV.

The living room and the master bedroom (double bed) have air conditioning. The second bedroom (twin bed) does not have air conditioning, but there is a mobile fan and with the window open to the sea and the quiet street behind the building there is usually a pleasant draught.

In winter, two mobile electric heaters are available in addition to the heating function of the air conditioning system.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The building is equipped with a lift.
