This cozy holiday home is idyllically located in Mayrhofen, on the edge of the forest next to an old orchard. Enjoy peace, space, and beautiful mountain views. The lively center with shops, bars, and restaurants is just a 10-minute walk away.
The accommodation features a charming vintage/retro style—a successful blend of nostalgic flair and modern comfort. The house offers a private garden on two sides, two balconies, a living room with TV and Wi-Fi, four bedrooms for up to 10 guests, two bathrooms, two separate toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and two refrigerators. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and iron. A baby crib and high chair are available free of charge on request. The house is part of a building with two rental units. Both share a large garden but are otherwise completely separate.
The area offers plenty of activities: hiking, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, a swimming pool (15 minutes on foot), tennis court, playground, and more—ideal for relaxation and adventure.
There is one parking space directly at the house; three additional reserved private parking spaces are a 6-minute drive away.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours start at 9:30 p.m. Waste separation information is provided.
