Cosy, comfortable farmhouse "La Ginepraia", 162 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, detached, built in 2006, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, 500 m from the centre of Dicomano, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 4 ha (fenced), wildlife garden and flowers, natural garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: fitness room. Parking (for 6 cars). Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 2 km, bar 500 m, bus stop 5 m, railway station "Dicomano" 500 m, bathing lake "Bilancino" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Firenze 40 km, Volterra 110 km, Siena 100 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
