On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub, and WC. The upper level contains two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed (180 cm) and the other with a single bed (105 cm) and an optional pull-out bed. The spacious living area offers large windows with stunning lake views, a seating area, a television, and potentially WiFi. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric stove and a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are accessible in the basement. Three parking spaces are available on-site. Please note that the house is smoke-free and pet-free.
